One mask and that’s it… It’s the only piece of equipment you need to practice freediving. Aside from that, Thomas will teach you how to breathe properly, how to be fully relaxed and how to hold your breath so you can safely explore the underwater world. Both AIDA and FEESSM courses are available.
Learn Scuba Diving
After your first discovery dive with Cap July, or to improve and learn new skills, Thomas will teach you the basics of scuba-diving, and will adapt according to your level. You can take FFESSM courses and prepare your level 1 or level 2, or simply refresh your skills.
